This notice covers the Voxhelm private beta. It describes how the beta works today and will be replaced by a full privacy policy before Voxhelm launches publicly.

This website

voxhelm.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Like any web server, our hosting provider (Amazon CloudFront) records standard request logs, such as IP address, page requested and browser type, for security and operations.

What the app collects

How a call is processed

  1. Your voice is streamed from the app to Voxhelm's voice service and on to Deepgram, which turns it into text. Voxhelm does not record or store the audio.
  2. The text goes to your agent, which runs on OpenClaw in its own container hosted by Voxhelm. The agent sends it to the AI model it is set up to use (for example via Anthropic or OpenRouter) to write a reply.
  3. The reply is turned back into speech by Deepgram and streamed to the app.

Deepgram and the AI model provider process this content under their own terms. While it runs, your hosted agent may keep notes from your conversations inside its container, the same way a self-hosted OpenClaw agent does. The container has no permanent storage, so these notes are erased whenever it stops.

Where your data is kept

What we don't do

Deleting your data

Deleting your account removes your account record and your agents' records, and stops all of your agents' containers. App history can be cleared from the History screen or by uninstalling the app.
