For businesses with 50 to 1,000 people

AI employees, built for your business.

A Voxhelm AI employee answers your phones, works alongside your team in Teams and Slack, uses the systems you already run, and follows your processes. We design it with you, build it, and run it in its own secure container.

On a call
  1. Phone

Took an after-hours call about a late delivery, found the consignment and gave the new ETA.

  2. TMS

Rebooked the delivery window in the transport system.

  3. Teams

Posted a summary to the dispatch channel and flagged the carrier for follow-up.

  4. Approval

Asked Sam to approve a $40 credit before applying it.

What they do

Give the repetitive work to an AI employee

Start with one role that eats your team's time. Each AI employee is shaped around a real job in your business, not a generic chatbot.

Reception and after-hours phones

Answers every call, day or night, books appointments, takes detailed messages and puts urgent calls through to the right person.

Customer service

Handles enquiries across phone, email and chat, looks up orders and accounts, and hands complex cases to your team with the full story.

Sales follow-up

Calls back new enquiries within minutes, qualifies them, books meetings into your calendar and keeps the CRM up to date.

Internal help desk

Answers staff questions about IT, HR policy and procedures in Teams or Slack, and raises tickets when something needs a person.

Operations coordinator

Chases updates, schedules jobs, raises and updates tickets in Jira or your service desk, and sends the daily summary.

Something specific to you

Most businesses have a role nobody else does quite the same way. Tell us about yours and we'll design an AI employee around it.

Capabilities

One employee, every channel your team already uses

The same AI employee picks up a phone call, follows up in Teams and updates your systems, with one memory of the whole conversation.

Natural voice, everywhere

Its own phone number for inbound and outbound calls, voice calls and meetings in Microsoft Teams, and real-time conversation that copes with interruptions.

Works in Teams, Slack and email

Your people message it like a colleague. It replies in threads, joins channels it's invited to, and works through its own mailbox.

Connected to your systems

CRM, ticketing, ERP, SharePoint, calendars and your own internal applications, through secure connectors with only the access the role needs.

Custom skills

Your processes, written down as skills it follows step by step: how you quote, how you triage, who gets told what. Change a skill and its behaviour changes.

Memory with boundaries

It remembers customers and context, keeps what one person tells it private where it should be, and leaves sensitive personal topics out of long-term memory.

Knows when to ask

High-impact actions like refunds, changes to records or messages to customers can require a person's approval first. Anything it can't handle goes to the right human.

Security

Each AI employee works in its own locked room

You should always be able to answer "what can it access, and what has it done?"

  • Its own secure container. Every AI employee runs isolated from every other, with its own credentials. Nothing is shared between customers.
  • Least-privilege access. An explicit list of the tools and systems it may use, and what it may do with each.
  • Every action logged. A full audit trail of calls, messages and system changes, ready for review and for automated-decision transparency rules.
  • Stop switch and spending limits. Pause it instantly, and cap what it can spend on AI and calls.
  • Australian hosting. Hosted in Sydney, with options to keep AI processing in Australia too.
  • No lock-in. Built on open-source agent frameworks. Your prompts, skills and data stay yours.

How it works

From first call to a working AI employee in weeks

  1. Discovery

A short conversation about the role, the systems it touches, and what good looks like. You get a written design for your AI employee.

  2. Build and pilot

We build it, connect it to your systems and run a scoped pilot with your team, measuring the outcomes you care about. No long contract to start.

  3. Go live and improve

We run it for you: monitoring, updates and new skills as your needs change. Add more AI employees when you're ready.

FAQ

Questions

Will an AI employee replace my staff?

It's designed to add capacity: taking the calls, chasing and data entry that pull your people away from work that needs them. Most businesses use it to grow without adding headcount, or to cover after hours.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the role, the channels and the systems involved. After discovery you get a fixed price to build and pilot, then a monthly fee to run it. As a guide, it costs well under a full-time hire.

Which systems can it connect to?

Common ones like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira, popular CRMs and help desks, plus your own applications through their APIs. If your team uses it through a screen, we can usually find a way to connect.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Risky actions need approval, everything is logged, and it hands over to a person when it isn't confident. During the pilot we review its work with you and tune its skills.

Where is our data kept?

Voxhelm runs on AWS in Sydney. Each AI employee has its own isolated environment. We'll walk you through exactly which services process your data, and the options for keeping AI processing in Australia.

How long does it take?

A focused first AI employee usually goes from discovery to pilot in a few weeks, depending on the systems it needs to reach.
